APPETISERS.

Chef’s choice of homemade soup served with crusty bread. £4.50

Capricorn goats cheese is simply grilled with lemon and honey, served with a homemade mango, mint and sweetcorn salsa. £5.75

A venison steak is char grilled and finished with a pancetta, shallot and port wine sauce. £12.25

A salmon steak baked with a crust of sun dried tomatoes, olives and parmesan cheese and drizzled with roast pepper dressing. £12.90
